To receive Léargas, we must first cultivate stillness in the mind. All too often, we are swept into the momentum of life’s hustle, rarely pausing long enough to hear the quiet whisper of the field, to really feel what it might be gently offering us.

On Sunday the 16th of November, we gather with a shared intention: To create spaciousness within and around you. To soften enough that insight might arise - not forced, but welcomed.

Together, we’ll create a safe, nourishing container that allows you to relax deeply into your body. To listen. To feel the rhythms. To sense the subtleties. To meet the gentleness of Amanita. And to return to a deeper, quieter knowing of yourself.
