SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.

 

2. Shipping Locations

Primitive Wind ships from France (Brittany) to:
  • France
  • European Union countries
  • United Kingdom
  • United States & Canada
  • Australia & New Zealand
  • Most other international destinations
If we cannot ship to your country due to restrictions, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Your delivery address
  • Package size and weight
  • The shipping method selected
We do not add hidden fees. All shipping charges will be shown before payment.

 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows (after dispatch):
  • France: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • UK: 5–12 business days
  • USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–30 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or unforeseen events.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:
  • Customs taxes
  • Import duties
  • Handling fees
These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Primitive Wind is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

6. Order Tracking

  • For most orders, tracking information is sent to your email once your package ships.
  • Some low-cost or small items may ship without tracking depending on the destination.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Primitive Wind is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will update the address.

 

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:
  • A photo of the damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Your order number
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

9. Digital Items & Services

Some offerings on Primitive Wind (e.g., lessons, events, digital products) do not involve shipping.

These will be delivered via email or scheduled individually with you.
